CONSULTATION
The consultation is required for all first time clients.  This informative session allows your consultant to assess your individual needs according to your lifestyle.  During the consultation, the consultant carefully examines your scalp, the overall condition of your hair, and your level of daily activity to determine what style or method is most conducive.   The consultation fee is $50. If you decide to make an appointment for Brother/Sisterlocks ® or microlocs there will be a $150 non refundable deposit required in order to secure a service date.

APPOINTMENTS
Services are rendered by appointment only.  A confirmation text/call is usually made 24-48 hours in advance.  If you do not receive a text/ call, you are still responsible for remembering your appointment.  There is a $25 cancellation fee due at the beginning of the next appointment if you do not cancel 24 hours in advance.
